Dental Benefits
Follett offers both PPO and DMO programs to our associates using the Cigna Dental Plan. Our program offers 100% coverage for preventative care such as exams and cleanings. A deductible and co-insurance may apply for more advanced care.
Vision Discount Program
Follett offers a vision discount program through EyeMed. Associates receive discounts on corrective lenses and frames at thousands of independent providers throughout the area. Discounts also apply to corrective surgery.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Follett’s FSAs offer a great way to use tax-free dollars to pay for eligible health and dependant care expenses. All deposits are made to your account on a pre-tax basis and may be used to pay for many eligible health care and/or dependant care expenses.
Life Insurance
Follett offers basic life insurance to our associates at no charge. Additional coverage may be purchased for supplemental life and dependant life insurance.
Personal Accident Insurance
Follett offers personal accident insurance, should you die or suffer certain serious injuries as a result of an accident. This insurance may be purchased for you and your family. This benefit is paid in addition to any benefits payable under the life and dependant life insurance plans.
Disability Insurance
Follett offers both short and long-term disability insurance to all associates. While Follett pays for core disability benefits, a higher level of coverage is available for purchase at the time of hire.
Retirement Savings Plan
Follett offers a 401(k) program that includes a profit sharing component. Your 401(k) contributions are matched by Follett dollar-for-dollar up to 4% and are immediately vested.
Other Benefits
Follett offers all associates a competitive paid time off program in addition to an advanced tuition reimbursement program for both bachelors and masters degrees. In addition, Follett may offer educational scholarships for your family and matching contributions to educational institutions and charitable organizations.
